If you’ve found your way here, you may be having a difficult time expressing feelings, being vulnerable, or be feeling overwhelmed with worry or sadness. Sometimes we may feel confused or stuck in the wake of distress, anxiety, or during life transitions. Whether you’ve tried therapy before or this is your first time, it can be scary and hard. A strong therapeutic relationship is key to creating meaningful change. Together, we will foster a safe environment, filled with insight and techniques that can create a rewarding experience. You have already taken a huge and brave step toward starting your journey in therapy. Look how far you've made it already!
Whether you are seeking to create a better understanding of yourself and your relationships with others, or are navigating a particularly difficult time, I acknowledge and appreciate your decision to seek support. My therapy style is compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental, and I draw from several evidence-based practices to help you develop healthier relationships with yourself and others. Throughout our time together, we will discover how past relationships and family history shape your present, all in effort to improve your future.
In therapy, we can uncover, strengthen, and heal parts of ourselves. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to serve as a gentle guide as you navigate change and work toward creating the life you want. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities, and specialize in anxiety, life transitions, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. If you are ready to bring more fulfillment, meaning, and joy into your life, I invite you to reach out to learn how we can work together.

ANXIETY, CODEPENDENCY, TRAUMA
Do you find yourself taking care of everyone else's needs rather than your own? Do you often feel self-conscious, judge yourself harshly, and worry about making mistakes? Are you struggling with anxiety or insomnia? Many of us had experiences in childhood that made us feel that we weren’t good enough or that we had to be perfect in order to be loved. These beliefs are so ingrained in us that we often aren’t even aware that they exist, but they affect how we see ourselves, how we see the world, and how we relate to others. The good news is that these beliefs CAN be changed.
You have the power to move out of survival mode and move toward a life filled with joy and satisfying relationships. You may have lost your connection with your true self along the way, but that person is still there waiting for you to re-connect and re-awaken. Your true self is a strong, loving, and confident person who knows you are lovable and worthwhile.
If you’re ready to discover these lost parts of yourself in order to bring back the joy and ease that lives within you...if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and find your voice... if you’re ready to tell your story, please contact me today and I will make every effort to respond to you within 24 hours.
