Jessica Silva, APCC

Whether you're questioning your path, managing anxiety, exploring identity, or facing big life changes, therapy can offer a space for clarity, support, and meaningful exploration. Therapy can help you build tools and insight to move through change with intention and confidence. This work often resonates with those navigating the complex, transitional seasons of life; whether early adulthood or any time of meaningful change.

I support you in managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, and exploring identity and purpose. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you're carrying, and work toward clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of self. I offer a culturally sensitive, identity-affirming space where all parts of you are welcomed and valued

You deserve a space to feel seen and supported; where you can bring your whole self without judgment. Therapy is a space to untangle, understand, and move forward. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you when you're ready.

Life brings moments of transition that can feel overwhelming, confusing, or uncertain. Whether it’s navigating young adulthood, shifting roles in relationships, adjusting to parenthood, or managing co-parenting dynamics, this space is intended to support that journey. Teens, adults, couples, and families are met with empathy, compassion, and guidance grounded in both clinical expertise and cultural awareness. Relationships, whether romantic, parental, or within the family, often reflect the most personal and complex parts of life.

Support is offered for those working through communication struggles, emotional distance, trust issues, or preparing for marriage with intention and insight. Co-parents seeking to raise children with consistency and care, or parents working to understand and connect with their teens, are also given the tools and space to grow stronger together.

Rooted in respect for lived experience, the approach is collaborative, affirming, goal oriented, and strength based. Healing is a process, and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can work to uncover your resilience, build insight, develop coping strategies, improve communication, and construct the life and relationships you desire and deserve.

Alisha Cassidy, APCC

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and life changes that can leave you feeling disconnected or emotionally drained. My goal is to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what you need.

I take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach and often integrate CBT to support both growth and healing. I believe therapy works best when it’s shaped by your goals, your pace, and your voice. Together, we’ll focus on tools you can use both in session and in your daily life—blending practical support with deeper exploration to create lasting change.

You deserve a space where your voice matters and your story is valued. Whether you’re ready to begin or simply curious, I invite you to reach out and see if this feels like the right fit.

ANXIETY, CODEPENDENCY, TRAUMA

Do you find yourself taking care of everyone else's needs rather than your own? Do you often feel self-conscious, judge yourself harshly, and worry about making mistakes? Are you struggling with anxiety or insomnia? Many of us had experiences in childhood that made us feel that we weren’t good enough or that we had to be perfect in order to be loved. These beliefs are so ingrained in us that we often aren’t even aware that they exist, but they affect how we see ourselves, how we see the world, and how we relate to others. The good news is that these beliefs CAN be changed.

You have the power to move out of survival mode and move toward a life filled with joy and satisfying relationships. You may have lost your connection with your true self along the way, but that person is still there waiting for you to re-connect and re-awaken. Your true self is a strong, loving, and confident person who knows you are lovable and worthwhile.

If you’re ready to discover these lost parts of yourself in order to bring back the joy and ease that lives within you...if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and find your voice... if you’re ready to tell your story, please contact me today and I will make every effort to respond to you within 24 hours.
